Hello, I’m Willy Jhon Galindez.

I build operational systems that help businesses reduce manual work, improve execution flow, and scale more efficiently.

My focus is on workflow automation, CRM infrastructure, integrations, and operational system design using automation platforms, APIs, webhooks, and business workflow tools.

I approach automation as business infrastructure, not isolated tasks.

Most businesses do not actually have an automation problem.

They have disconnected workflows, slow follow-ups, manual operational bottlenecks, scattered tools, inconsistent lead handling, and poor system visibility.

That’s where I come in.

My background in operations, systems management, and process optimization allows me to build workflows that support real business execution instead of simple disconnected automations.

Some of the systems I’ve built include lead intake and CRM routing systems, multi-step workflow automations, automated lead capture and pipeline management systems, customer messaging workflows, internal operational workflows for task routing and notifications, and systems connecting websites, forms, CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools.

Before focusing fully on automation systems, I worked across operations leadership, business development, and workflow management roles, including helping support the growth of a startup operation that scaled to over $1.2M in revenue while managing teams and operational execution.

My experience includes workflow automation, CRM systems, API integrations, process optimization, operational systems design, lead management workflows, and business operations support.
