- Helping customers with their concern about their credit card. Most common reasons for a customers call is balance inquiry, billing breakdown and requesting of their statement. Also, some concerns are the credit and debit on their account, asking for credits, offers and other promotions, updating customer's information like adding of authorize users, change of name and address and other information on account.
I also give assistance or walkthrough for the customer's for their account online. I am an expert in giving assistance to my customers.
