I worked as a Customer Service Representative in an Outsourcing Company for 2
years.  We cater to outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and
process orders, disputes, and returns. I also worked as a secretary involving research, data entry, and other papers. I may not be as
experienced as others. But I am keen to learn and a fast learner, who can work
under minimal supervision. I'm detailed oriented and can also work on a certain
deadline.
