Hi! My name is Rostanica Viloria, but you can call me Ros. I’m from Quezon City, Philippines, and I earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2019.

I have over six years of experience in the insurance field, starting as a Customer Service Representative with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, where I assisted providers with benefit inquiries, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals. I’ve also worked as a Dental Virtual Assistant with U Street Family, where my main responsibilities included verifying dental insurance—by calling insurance companies or checking online portals—and providing administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

With that said, having worked closely with patients, physicians, and dental professionals for over six years, I understand how fast-paced an office environment can be. Even while working remotely, I am committed to being productive, efficient, and a valuable asset by going the extra mile for both providers and patients.
