Profile Description

For the past 3 years, I’ve been working in the BPO industry serving as a customer service representative or as a technical support representative.
I have some background in data analysis, chat support, email support, and outbound calls. I've worked with several international companies where I provide cater to customers' inquiries and help them with their concerns. I've also managed the CRM database and made sure that every consumer's information is updated. Additionally, I've worked as a tech suppport representative where I assist consumers with their tech issues may it be electronic or connectivity issues.
Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with written communication and handling data. I would say that I am more confident with chat or email support workloads as I can quickly analyze the problem and find a resolution.
I've also had experience as a real estate virtual assistant with my main task as a transaction coordinator. I've helped my client manage her CRM and calendar; deal with the paperwork and create cover letters.
During the pandemic, I learned about the freelancing world where I can easily manage my time while working at home. Looking forward, I hope to expand my experience in this field and take opportunities such as this to gain every related skill needed.
