I am a  cold caller and appointment setter with 3 years of experience working with international companies engaged in multiple industries, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

 I have extensive knowledge of real estate operations  especially in the U.S. market, and delivering a high number of leads is my trade craft.

I specialized in:  - Gauging 4 pillars ( condition , motivation, timeline, and asking price) in a detailed manner

- Sharp attention to details- I can engage in both B2C and B2B, and I can bypass any gatekeepers if there is- 

- Can analyze Market Values and use it against the seller’s Asking Price

-  Full knowledge of Zillow, Redfin, and Propstream, and I have my own skip tracing and data mining tools. 

- I can pull up accurate property information and investigate for active mortgages and liens.

- Full knowledge of ARV’s computation

- Familiar with almost every CRM’s and Power Dialler.

- Can work in different time zones. 

- I also work as an inside sales and telemarketer for various industries such as car sales, metal scrapping, construction, international merchandising, and trade.

- Can engage calls and set appointments for contractors, realtors, investors, or anyone else you see fit. 

- Used to fast-paced , sales hungry environments, and I don’t crack under pressure.
