COLD CALLER" I am a cold caller with a 1 year of experience with multiple accounts and have operated different kinds of dialer with full familiarity i.e Mojo , ZenCall , Callrail, Call Tools etc) and have a strong written and verbal English communication skills. I handled different clients and state in particular Georgia , Ohio, North and South Carolina , Texas and Tennessee. As a Cold Caller for Real Estate Industry I have the ability to gauge sellers and their motivations in selling using different Sales Techniques that I've acquired in a series of training I am able to generate number of leads for the benefit of the company.

ACQUISITION'S MANAGER: I have an Acquisition's Manager experience for 6 months in which I closed multiple deals. As an AQM I have a strong determination and skills to negotiate and bargain for the best price that would benefit the client. I received multiple acquisition manager's training and can work under flexible time schedules.
DISPOSITION"S MANAGER: I also handles disposition manager and are able to find the best buyer's for my clients. I can also find Buyer's and Seller's using multiple tools and platforms to reach Company and Client's objectives and goals.
