My job as a business manager are the following: Product sourcing (wholesale/retail), Social media managing - posting on social media pages, creating instagram and facebook ads. Handles customer complaints, request and answering inquiries, business damage control. Product outsourcing - responsible in looking for suppliers that has low cost but quality offers, monitoring the production and ensuring that the product will pass the quality check. Preparation of orders and shipment. Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current prospective markets. Creating layouts for social media postings through Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

As Customer Service Representative, I communicate with customers, answer queries and resolve problem, build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand, I handle and resolve customer complaints with understanding, recommendations based on customer needs, I process orders, I advise on company information and processes, as well as deals and promotions, I track all order processes.
