I have been in the customer service industry for about 10 years now, handling different kinds of niches from different companies, ranging from entertainment and hotel reservation to financial accounts and technology-based products. I am currently working for one of the largest search engines in the world as a Customer Experience Analyst.
What my job entails is to review customer surveys and feedbacks, compile data and analyze where our support is lacking. We also check what the strengths are of the team and keep that ball rolling. As for the weaknesses and opportunities we get from each support interaction, we create an action plan to eventually cure them moving forward.
