Profile Description

I have seven years of formal background in Customer Service. 2 years in total as billing and sales customer service representative on one of Telco brands. Most of our task is taking inbound calls where we help customers with their bill inquiries and after assisting them to we transition the calls to sales where the main goal on the call is to pitch sales like offering new services to the customer which is available to them. We are asking discovery questions to the customer to position our offer with them. We always make sure to offer what they really value with their services in order to make the pitch strong. The rest of the 5 years of experience I have as customer service was working with this eCommerce shop where we sell baby clothes and family matching outfits. We answer emails, answer chat, take inbound calls, outbound calls, product listing, data entry, and social media management. I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME) after a year of working with them, and another year promoted as Team Leader. As a team leader, I am responsible for monitoring the team, coaching, team huddles, meetings, handling bad reviews, creating team weekly/monthly KPI, quality control inspection, and taking supervisor calls/email/chat. My expertise is in Customer Service doing multitasking. I'm good at performing reports, excel, computer expertise, managing emails and calls, and Leading a team. I am willing to undergo training and know more about your brand and policies. I am excited to work in a new environment and make sure to give my excellence on the given task.
