I have been in the BPO industry for 16 years with clients from the United States, working as a customer service representative for 7 years with 5 years in the lead/supervisory role and as a medical transcriptionist/editor for 9 years.I possess the ability to understand diverse accents and varying dictating styles with good listening and comprehension. I have strong organization, verbal and writing communication, and interpersonal skills. I am also skilled in entering and importing data; answering client, vendor and employee questions through emails and phone calls with proper etiquette; setting up accounts for various clients; and overseeing advocates under different accounts. I also possess the ability to multitask, work under pressure with time constraints, and work independently with minimal or no supervision. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft software applications and transcription equipment.
