I am a licensed professional teacher and customer support representative, both on voice and non-voice international accounts. I have been tasked with the following tasks: handling emails, answering emails, SMS, and chats of customer or member queries; consolidating emails and handling inventory survey emails for parking, offices, and storage; handling calls for international accounts for Hilton hotels to support hotel operations; if they need assistance on a hotel reservation; resolving internet issues at the hotel; and some troubleshooting.
I am an education graduate with 3 years of experience in the field of teaching.
