Application Analyst 
    - Analyze and troubleshoot web applications, ensuring smooth
functionality   
    - Create comprehensive i ---------- reports, documenting resolution
steps and identifying patterns to address recurring issues. 
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development,
QA, and Product Support, to deliver timely solutions.      
    - Analyze e-commerce transactions to identify trends and
anomalies, providing insights to inform business decisions. 
    - Assist in developing and implementing business continuity plans to
ensure uninterrupted service during crises

Java Web Developer
     - Create analysis report, technical design and develop a new functionality based on the client’s requirement.
     - Perform thorough investigation of defects. Document and resolve them.     
     - Implement enhancements that significantly improved application’s functionality.
     - Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.    
     - Conduct trainings and coaching sessions to new hires.
     - Participate in activity planning of the whole team.
