• Monitors, supervises and coaches a team of at most 10 virtual assistants with different clients each and 40 chat support representatives.
• Provides training (one-to-ones or in a classroom environment) as needed.
• Maintains a strong professional working relationship and client relations for all clienteles within the scope of the designated team.
• Resolves escalation issues based on effective discretion with all partners to resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships.
• Evaluates performance appraisals and periodic reviews and goals to enhance performance metrics.
• Provides input in the areas of hiring, promotion, performance reviews, training, reward, recognition and corrective action.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

• Assist Real Estate Brokers in America for Marketing and BPO (Broker Price Opinion).
• Administrates bank websites and marketing sites.
• Data Encoder.
