I have experience in customer service and sales, where I developed strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. I’m very comfortable speaking with different types of people, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward setting appointments. 

I have 1 year and 7 months of experience in the solar industry, where I’ve developed a solid foundation in both sales and customer education. In that time, I’ve worked closely with homeowners to assess their energy needs, explain the benefits of solar, and guide them through the process from consultation to installation. I’ve gained hands-on experience with lead generation, setting appointments, handling objections, and closing deals. I’ve also become comfortable using CRM tools and understanding various financing options to help customers find the best solution. My focus has always been on building trust, delivering value, and helping clients make informed decisions about switching to solar.
