I'm a computer-oriented guy. In my previous job, I handled customer inquiries and complaints and account issues. I developed many of the skills required for this job, including answering PHONE, EMAIL, and CHAT, processing payments, and entering data on multiple computer programs. I answered it in a friendly and courteous manner. I have a knack for problem-solving.
Additionally, I am adept at:

* Consulting with customers to evaluate their needs, determine best services, and suggest additional services that may be of interest.
* Exceeding quotas for emails taken, and maintain accurate and complete customers account information.
* Ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work pressure, heavy workload, and deadlines.
* Computer skills include: MS Project, Excel, Word; Applix Word, Spreadsheet; PowerPoint, and various emails program. Additionally, proficiency in PowerPoint and various email programs such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Slack etc.
