Customer Service & Lead Pre?Screening:
I handle initial inquiries via call, email, and chat efficiently, providing essential property details, accurately pre?screening interest levels, and forwarding qualified leads to leasing agents. My responsiveness and clarity help cultivate strong first impressions and streamline lead processing.

Listing Management:
I have managed listings on platforms such as Zillow and RentCafe, ensuring that all information—pricing, availability, and accuracy—is current. I oversee timely re?listings and maintain high visibility of properties online, optimizing occupancy rates.

Leasing Coordination:
From scheduling virtual and in?person showings to reviewing applications (credit, income, background) and coordinating lease agreements and renewals, I’ve overseen all leasing operations end?to?end. I also facilitate move?out notices and smooth transitions.

Maintenance & Turnover Oversight:
I schedule cleanings, repairs, and inspections prior to move?in; arrange access logistics; and dispatch technicians or vendors for service requests like plumbing or HVAC. I supervise final property inspections and coordinate turnovers to maintain high standards of property readiness.

Property Management Support:
In my virtual assistant role, I’ve supported property acquisition processes, applicant approvals, and move?in coordination. I’m also proficient in managing escalated issues, evaluating vendor performance and costs, and assessing overall property readiness.
