I am flexible like in my previous job we have shifting schedules and luckily I was able to cope with it.
I’m eager to learn , It was my first job in the BPO industry I have no idea how it works ,don’t have a background for the specific account that was assigned to me
that was telco account based in the US but with the help of trainers and supervisors I was able to learn and mastered it , also from this job I learned to be more understanding, to be more flexible and efficient
since we encounter different attitude from customers .
Also I am really willing to be trained , open for any suggestions,
and critics since I know that is how every job works .
