With a background as a Training Supervisor in a BPO company, I transitioned into recruitment a year ago, where I’ve specialized primarily in nursing and blue-collar roles, with some exposure to IT. My previous role equipped me with a versatile skill set, including teaching, customer service, administrative task management, and people management. During my time working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in training sessions, I developed a strong interest in the recruitment process, which led me to pursue a career in this dynamic ---------- my current role as a recruiter, I focus on sourcing talent across various sectors, with an emphasis on nursing and blue-collar positions, while also gaining experience in IT recruitment. I’m now seeking a remote position where I can leverage my expertise and continue growing professionally. The flexibility of remote work not only enhances my productivity but also allows me to contribute effectively to teams from the comfort of my own space.
