Profile Description

With a background as a Training Supervisor in a BPO Company, I transitioned into recruitment a year ago, specializing primarily in nursing, blue-collar roles, and with some exposure to IT. My previous role equipped me with a diverse skill set, including teaching, customer service, admin tasks management, and people management, among others. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Team during training sessions, I found myself increasingly drawn to the recruitment process. Thus, I made the decision to dive into this dynamic Upgrade to see actual info my tenure as a recruiter, I've focused on sourcing talent across a range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on nursing and blue-collar positions. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to engage with IT roles, albeit to a lesser extent. Now, I'm actively seeking a remote position where I can continue to apply my expertise in these areas while enjoying the flexibility and growth opportunities that remote work offers. Working from home allows me to maximize productivity and contribute effectively to any team, all from the comfort of my own space.
