Real Estate VA & Systems Specialist (GHL / CRM Automation)

I'm a virtual assistant with over four years of experience doing a mix of real estate acquisitions, lead gen, and tech management. I'm the type of VA who can handle both your actual lead pipeline and the software backing it up.

On the real estate side, I've spent a lot of time as an acquisition manager. I know how to navigate the MLS and Zillow, run comps, figure out ARV, and send out offers. I'm also completely comfortable doing manual outbound cold calls, handling tough objections, and keeping data clean inside CRM,OTTO, and REIReply.

For the tech side, I focus on automations. I can jump into GoHighLevel or OTTO and build out your workflows, landing pages, forms, and surveys so leads don't slip through the cracks. I also do platform admin stuff, like setting up Skool communities, organizing classrooms, and handling video uploads.

Before going full-time as a VA, I actually spent years as a Customer Service Team Leader and SME for AT&T accounts, managing teams of 12 to 15 agents. That background really helped me build strong communication and problem-solving skills.
