As a Customer Service Representative, I communicate with others, help customer to solve their problems, provide patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints. As a customer service representative for 6 years it includes to my skills positive attitude, being detail-oriented, time management and good communication skills.  As Product Trainer, Individually responsible for educating, guiding, and developing the
skills of others in various domains. Primary role is to impart knowledge,
facilitate learning, and ensure the personal and professional growth of
trainees. Expertise encompasses designing and implementing engaging curricula,
assessing trainee progress, and providing constructive feedback.
