I am an experienced BPO professional with 5 years of comprehensive experience working in some of the Philippines' largest BPO companies. My career began as a Healthcare Specialist, where I provided vital support to medical practitioners—including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers—by verifying patient healthcare benefits. This seasonal role honed my skills in handling sensitive information, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely assistance in a high-pressure environment.
Following this, I transitioned to the travel industry, taking on the role of Travel Counselor. In this position, I assisted customers in booking flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations primarily for leisure travel. This role strengthened my ability to manage customer expectations, resolve booking issues, and offer personalized travel solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
In addition to my customer-facing roles, I worked as Sales Support for one of the largest travel suppliers in the industry. My responsibilities included monitoring and managing client email communications, promptly addressing inquiries regarding travel products and services, and providing detailed information about commissions.
