- Allocation of unallocated bank transactions via the Xero bank feed function including establishing new rules for repeating transactions.
- Saving images of invoices in the correct transaction in Xero
- Completing day-to-day Xero processing tasks as confirmed by the senior bookkeepers.
- Allocation of customer deposits against invoices or for online store clients, allocation of merchant deposits to deposited funds as batch deposits.
- Attending to review points provided by the senior bookkeeper efficiently.
- Bank and other accounts reconciliation? Monthly profit or loss and other reports
- Financial statements and Balance Sheet Analysis
- Knowledgeable with bookkeeping small and medium real-estate properties.
- BS- Accountancy graduate with Bloomberg Professional Service Training Program and CFMP Certification.
