Profile Description

I am currently working as a BPO customer service associate for more than 2 years now for healthcare and retail accounts. I can say that I am a people person and I always make sure that the service I provided was of good quality. I've handled both member and provider services in a healthcare account, where I know I am efficient in email, inbound or outbound work.
Aside from being a customer service associate I spent my leisure time learning how to handle emails, calendar and travel management as well as Social Media Management.
I've take courses that could help me with Virtual Executive Assistant or General Virtual Assistant work. I also know how to use Canva, and has basic knowledge with Project Management Tools such as Asana, Slack, Trello, ClickUp and ---------- . I am also efficient and detailed on taking minutes of the meeting, familiar with copywriting, Google Workspace, Text Editing and transcription but not totally expert as I am still polishing these skills.
I have spent my time learning different skills as I know it would surely help me in the future and would totally want to experience part-time work to further enhance my skills.
