I have been a verification specialist in one of the insurance company with a client in US, we are trained to deal with prospects and handle their personal information. Since it is an outband calls I was able to instil and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I also did email marketing for a while, and is knowledgeable in basic tools such Convoso and Five9.
I have received professional English training because of my past call center experiences as well. I have managed a home based team of customer support with a USbased client which is my most recent job experience.
