I have more than 6 years of work experience in both the BPO industry and as a freelance. I had the opportunity to work in different roles such as outbound sales, customer service via email, chat, or phone, technical support, and appointment setting. I also had the opportunity to work with different campaigns and several clients. Through my diligent work, I was able to accomplish and provide better results to the esteemed organization.

Over the years I have acquired relevant skills and experience which I shall bring to an organization I will work with. I have worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills. I'm a self-motivated person, I don't give up easily and I always make sure to give my 100?st in everything I do. I am dependable and can be counted on to finish what I started.
