Currently, I am a Business Support Analyst providing support to our UK counterpart and policy admin team. I provide support in creating and mapping codes for the policy as well as maintaining the correct bank details of the customers in core systems like Oracle / Fusion, Claims Management System (CMS) and Genius. My role also covers requesting documents from brokers and setting up broker details on Master Data Management tool and Salesforce.
Before joining QBE, I was a medical claims officer at Accenture Inc. for 4 years. The role also involves claims assessment and eligibility checking and policy coverage before proceeding in paying the claim.
