I have nearly 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, having worked for one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines. My roles have included customer service, technical support, and sales support.p
Currently, I work as a Virtual Assistant and have handled various cold-calling campaigns for credit refunds, solar, home improvement, real estate, and health insurance.
