Hi, my name is Jam, 32 yrs old. and a graduate of hotel and restaurant management with a short term course in Computer Technician. I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 7 years in one of the mainstream BPO companies here in the Philippines. Working as Technical and Sales Support. I can say, that I have a very good background with my previous accounts. Since I was the sales guru for almost 6 consecutive, years. due to this excellence and efforts that I exerted leads me to a higher position. Being a product support specialist, you must be good at handling Technical and Sales Processes.
