I am a virtual assistant for 2 years and with 6 years of customer support experience. I can handle inbound/outbound calls, chat and email inquiries. With my experience, I can manage calendars, set up appointments and I am proficient with Microsoft Office. I am a positive person with hunger for growth.
I can also do basic task like: Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
