I'm a Customer Service Representative for Chase Auto ---------- our Line of Business, we have 4 skills that we cater in Auto Finance which is The Branch, Dealer, Lease and Retail. I’m already trained for all skills. My main job is to make sure that I once a customer calls in that I provide excellent customer service by understanding what the problem and making sure that I resolved their concern within the call or provide a resolution to the customer and also assist them with other inquiries that they may have. For Branch skill I talk to Chase Bankers that has questions or inquiries about the customers auto loan account that they are assisting at the branch or that they are monitoring the account. For Dealer Skill, I'm assisting Dealers with inquiries about the payoff amount of the customer’s account or needing assistance about getting a Power of Attorney, information about Title Release Documents and a lot more. For Retail and Lease basically, these are the customers itself that are calling in about their accounts. Sometimes they are calling in as well for assistance in walking them thru our online website ---------- on how to create an account, set up repeating payments, and a lot more. However, most of the calls I'm handling is about making their payments over the phone, payment inquiry, billing, payment history, payoff, status of their title, registration, for lease questions about the property tax, sales tax, how can they purchase the vehicle after they leased it and many more. I also do a lot of research work about the account of the customer in the event that there's a problem with their payments, titles and payoffs. I do escalations of the work cards and reaching out to the representatives that is working on the accounts to expedite the process.
