In my current role, document validation and processing is part of my daily workflow. I review, verify, and audit candidate documents to meet state compliance
and client requirements - minimizing delays and compliance issues for Healthcare, Education, and Logistics clients. I also manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls daily to coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams, so communication + problem-solving under pressure comes naturally.
Before moving into HR, I spent time as a CSR for accounts like Google Products, Roadside Assistance, and eBay. That experience strengthened my customer service skills, call handling, and ability to explain complex policies clearly - which I now use when guiding candidates through onboarding and compliance requirements.
