For almost 3 years of working in a BPO industry, I can say that I have enough experiences in the field of Customer Service. I worked as a travel account associate, healthcare advocate; a customer service representative and technical support for telecommunications company. This helped me enhance my communication skills and be flexible on the job description given. I was able to explore the side of me that I never know existed, which is being creative in the best way to get the job done accurately and efficiently. I am excited and looking forward to my new journey by working remotely.
