Profile Description

I have been a Chat support for both Technical and Customer service for 5 years and I have been email support for an ecommerce business for almost 3 years now. Working as a chat and email support developed not only my typing skills and multi-tasking skills but also my efficiency and attention to details. Part of my job includes processing orders, assisting customers with their refund requests, checking order status, and processing replacements. I have experience with CRMs such as Zendesk and RichPanel where we work on our tickets. I also have experience entering data into Google Sheets such as customer's email addresses, order numbers and refund requests. I was also a Facebook Group Admin where I handle approving and declining Membership request.
I am amenable to working at least 40 hours per week and I can work any shift.
