I am excited to apply for the Customer Service Representative position. I believe my past experience and skills make me a good fit for this role. I have four years of experience in customer service. I started with Qualfon and worked for 2 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for a telco account. My responsibilities included assisting customers with their account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent support over calls, emails, and chats.

After that, I worked for two years at a buy now, pay later service. My daily tasks involved handling customer questions about payments, disputes, refunds, order cancellations, account access, and navigation of the Klarna app and website. I also guided customers through the process of placing orders, updating personal details, and resolving issues related to products and services. We aimed to ensure customer satisfaction even when helping with tasks outside our direct scope, often guiding them step-by-step. I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volume, and maintaining a positive attitude. I have basic computer skills, reliable internet, and am available full-time. I am eager to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your team.
