Profile Description

I have had experience as an appointment setter for almost 3 years, which is a freelance company that basically handles different accounts such as health care. For health insurance, real estate, Medicare, digital marketing, and cold calling, the client will provide the leads and set an appointment with the client. We will do a phone call to the customer to set an appointment and the client will also be responsible for follow-up by the client regarding the sale and for the calls. I have 2 Awards for best in QA for the months of May and June 2021. I have experience as a customer service representative where we were responsible for assisting the customer with their concerns regarding their Roku TV and handling payment for the customer. and also as a data miner, which means we gather data information using the search engine tool infofree and provide leads to the agent and submit them to the data specialist.
