I manage the rental application process, by checking if the applicant is qualified for renting the property. I also check and follow up on the documents list that the applicants need to submit. I also publish ready-to-rent properties online through the Tenant Turner portal. I manage emails from the maintenance team to create service issue tickets on the properties that need repair to preserve the property and resolve the property issues.
