I have a degree in BS Accountancy which means I am very good at analyzing data and information and logical reasoning. I have been a customer service representative with a year and nine months in the BPO industry who has the full knowledge of customer service. I was once a travel expert who assists customers in their booking concerns, refund requests, AU destinations, rescheduling flights, and making them well-aware of the things to do and not do before and during their flights. Aside from that, I got the chance to be part of the US's biggest telecommunication company (AT&T) for a year and 2 months now. There I was able to be very adept in resolving billing issues and making customers understand their billing concerns. Aside from that, we are taught basic troubleshooting that made me somewhat familiar with the devices and configurations which is very essential to today's modern Upgrade to see actual infolling is my expertise. I like the idea of offering products to customers making them realize the need and how the product would help them.
