Profile Description

Currently I work as a Billing Assistant. I am responsible for the following tasks: Handling invoices
Reconciling discrepancies in billing
Follow-ups on due accounts to clients thru email/phone calls
Update client information in our system
Maintains collection reports
Bank reconciliation,
Maintains aging of receivables reports and other tasks to help the team. 

I am also a Virtual Assistant; I can do administrative tasks like internet research, email customers – respond toquestions and follow up on leads, update orders – tracking info. Also, I can do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Sheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar. Additional skill is simple editing photos/videos with the use of Canva. I am a team player, hardworking, fast learner, exciting to work with, passionate and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in the English language to assure good service. I can be very useful in your team since my main objective to my clients is to give an outstanding result, long term working relationship, professionalism, and leave them 100% satisfied with my work.
