I am grateful to have built over 10 years of professional experience working with multinational companies across both corporate and service-oriented environments. I began my career with Prudential, where I developed a strong foundation in customer relations and client support. I then joined Singapore Airlines, working in Sales with a focus on pricing and e-commerce.

I later expanded my expertise in sales and business development with Shangri-La and Accor hotels, where I gained experience in account management, group coordination, wholesale partnerships, and MICE development. Alongside this, I also strengthened my skills in customer service and administrative support, enabling me to efficiently manage daily operations and assist teams effectively.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with supportive colleagues and gain exposure to diverse markets and business environments. These experiences have contributed to my growth in areas such as sales strategy, relationship building, strategic support, customer care, and cross-functional collaboration.
