Profile Description

A results-driven professional with experience in lead generation, recruitment, business development, operations, and customer service. My background includes strategic sourcing, CRM/database management, workflow organization, and research support for U.S.-based clients and growing teams.

Currently, I do part-time lead generation and operations support work for a U.S.-based client, where I research and qualify companies in the energy space, verify business information, organize CRM databases, and manage lead enrichment workflows. I also create and manage Clay tables and oversee a small team of four people to help maintain workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

In 2024, I worked as an Associate III at ECA, where I specialized in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, lead generation, and client coordination. I also prepared reports and presentation materials while helping improve recruitment and business development processes.

Previously, as Operations Head at MyClick, I streamlined payroll systems, expanded vendor partnerships, and improved operational processes. My experience in customer service at Inspiro further strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills across calls, chats, and email support.

I’m experienced with tools such as LinkedIn, Clay, Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, DocuSign, Canva, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office. I’m passionate about improving systems, maintaining organized workflows, and helping businesses operate more efficiently.
