Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience, which I shall bring to your organization. I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I use in my future career, which would be in your organization if I am selected for the position. I’ve always given my 100?fort throughout my career, and this has enabled me to recognize my capabilities and limitations.
I can bring my happy and positive attitude towards work. Being in the BPO industry for 9 years, I’ve learned and gained enough skills as technical support and a sales representative and I was able to develop excellent communication skills. With that being said, I am very confident that I can be an excellent customer support representative. But I know that I still have much to learn and there is always room for improvement that’s why If I ever get hired my main goal is to learn as much as I can and improve myself with the help of my superiors and teammates.
