I have been a real estate virtual assistant since 2020. I started as an admin and eventually became a Transaction Coordinator. Knowledgeable in Matrix, MLS, CMA, QCMA, Geo, draft MLS listings, Skyslope, e-signing process, listing and offer process and contracts, Kvcore, lead generation CRM, managing Google My Business page, calendar, email management and Canva.

I also engage with clients by answering their queries via SMS/email and assisting agents, clients, and lawyers.
