A highly experienced Training Specialist with over four years dedicated to US Healthcare account training and a robust background in contact center operations (US TelCo and Healthcare Provider). I possess an in-depth mastery of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, covering critical areas such as claim status inquiry, appeals, resubmission, and eligibility/benefits verification.
My experience includes successfully managing all phases of new hire training for Healthcare accounts. Crucially, I also spent over a year working remotely and directly with a CEO as a Document Developer to create requirements for RCM process automation and BOT development, demonstrating unique technical and strategic problem-solving skills.
