My name is
I have multiple experiences working from home. I've started my freelancing journey as a customer service representative with 1+ year of experience. After that, I tried the appointment setting and cold calling for 2 years.
In my recent job, I was doing general virtual assistance where I mainly processed loans and prepared documents for our clients. For the past 2 years, I've worked as a loan set-up specialist and as an Underwriting specialist. I'm also part of the support team who usually gather documents needed for the loan to be funded. I also tried to be a Credit Analyst, I usually set up borrower's details, income, insurance, mortgage statement, etc.
