In the year 2024, I entered into Real Estate sector and Social Media Manager.
My routine is regular posting to FB, IG, TIKTOK in order to attract more prospects. I used CANVA, CAPCUT, CHATGPT and GEMINI to create contents regularly. I am one of admin in our official page in META BUSINESS SUITE, where we have a chance to encounter inquiries online. Talked with them about the project details and send them for site viewing and possible closing of sales. i do also regular follow up for the cold clients and update my records for monitoring. I do follow up via email, text messages and call.
After successful booking of sale, I am always ready for the after sales service whenever my client needs me. i become one of a top seller during my first year and promoted as a Team Leader.
