Data entry, proofreading, and writing - From March 2014 to March 2020, I worked as surveillance writer for a BPO. Our client was a surveillance provider company based in Australia. Every day, I had to write reports based on notes provided by agents doing surveillance on clients of insurance companies in Australia. I had to write and proofread my work before submitting it to the client.
September 2004 – June 15, 2012
I worked as Problems Tracker Specialist then Post Publication Representative for a print-on-demand publishing company based in the US. The company moved its operation to the Philippines. I had to reply to clients' emails and complaints raised to the Office of the Atty. General and the Better Business Bureau based in the USA.
