I started my career in Customer Support and spent 5 years in the field, including being promoted to a Supervisor at PayPal. I handled Disputes and Claims and worked closely with the Anti-Fraud team. This role taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems fast, and handle sensitive cases with care.
For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives. My main responsibilities include inbox and calendar management, travel and event arrangements, and helping with growth and outreach projects. I make sure executives stay organized, on schedule, and focused on what matters most.
I was also trusted to support the legal team as a Legal Assistant, where I handled contracts and routed legal inquiries to the right people. On top of that, I’ve helped new business owners set up their customer support teams on Shopify, from hiring and training teammates to handling disputes, tickets, workflows, and SOPs.
