Profile Description

Hi, My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I started working last 2015 in the BPO industry as an appointment setter for Solar Campaign and cold calling for 2 years. Since I want to explore more in the BPO world I applied for a customer service position and found it very interesting since it also serves as my training ground to enhance my communication skills and problem-solving capabilities which it leads me to stay for 4 years. My career as a customer service support in any field like chat, email, or even technical gives me ideas and knowledge on how to handle different types of customers. I was also introduced to multiple tools like Salesforce, GDS, saber, slack, and even Microsoft Excel, word, and Powerpoint. I also experience Technical support for T-mobile and Foxtel for a year and a half.
