For two years, I worked as an order placer and chat support representative for an American company that operates an online food ordering and food delivery platform. For almost two years, I also worked as a technical support representative for RingCentral Inc., an American publicly traded provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration products and services for businesses. I also worked part-time for other online jobs. For almost a year, I worked as a sales director for a US-based company, offering business intelligence, investigations, security consulting and training, and regulatory compliance advisory services. Recently, I worked in the BPO industry, where I was an appointment setter for a business-to-business and business-to-consumer campaign.
