Profile Description

I'm working in the BPO industry for 15. I started as an inbound sales agent and transitioned to a travel expert. Eventually, I laddered my career to support roles. I became a team leader for an Australian Telco campaign, then joined the Quality team for a gaming campaign. But my career continuously laddered when I joined the Learning and Development team as a product trainer. After this, I d ---------- to take another route in the corporate world. Currently, I am part of the People and Culture team as HR Business Partner working full-time. Here we focused on disciplinary management, people and performance management, and engagement.

Through the years, I have mastered my skills in different fields in the BPO industry whether office-based or work-from-home setting. I’m skilled and experienced in different CRMs such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Citrix. Tools such as Gsuite, MS Office, and LMS.


Outside work, I love to organize travel for my family and friends. These include flight and hotel booking, planning the itinerary, and activities. I also love editing videos, and photos, and creating marketing posters by utilizing apps like CapCut and Canva.

I'm currently eyeing a part-time home-based job to expand my skills and experience and looking forward to being part of a stable company where I can be part of your growth and success.
