6. Recommend and Implement programs or action plans to improve facilities and services to the residence.
7. Review financial statements regularly.
8. Knowledgeable in all basic aspect of building maintenance
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FDAS and etc.)
9. Proficient in Windows-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc).
10. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and written.
