1. Regularly coordinates with the client and all organizations/persons involved in a property management.
2. Responsible for supervision of all building personnel
3. Attend and supervise the general maintenance, security and safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the property.
4. Act on clients inquiries or complaints expeditiously.
5. Prepare and conduct meeting with the clients and Board of Trustees.
6. Recommend and Implement programs or action plans to improve facilities and services to the residence.
7. Review financial statements regularly.
8. Knowledgeable in all basic aspect of building maintenance
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FDAS and etc.)
9. Proficient in Windows-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc).
10. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills both oral and written.
